Baked tahong
Ingredients for 3 servings:
2 lbs mussels
1/2 cup butter (softened)
7 tspn minced garlic
1 cup quickmelt cheese (grated
instructions:
1. preheat oven to 375
2. combine butter and garlic, mix well.
3. renove extra shell from the mussel. Top each mussel with butter-garlic mixture.
4. top each mussel with quickmelt cheese.
5. arrange the preoared mussels in a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
6. bake for 15-17 minutes.
7. remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate.
8. enjoy!
