Drunken Shrimp 🦐
I like cooking with seafood, I'm a poissoner, a seafood chef. I'm going to show you one of my family's favorite dish
Drunken Shrimp
4 servings
ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp
2 cups white wine
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 cups cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the shrimp in white wine for 40 minutes.
2. Place the flour, salt and ground black pepper in a zip lock bag and mix well by shaking.
3. Put the shrimp in the flour mixture and shake until its well-coated.
4. In a deep pot or pan, fry the shrimp in until the shrimp floats.
5. Remove from pot with a spatula in a paper towel lined plate.
6. Serve hot with vinegar. Enjoy!
