Drunken Shrimp 🦐

I like cooking with seafood, I'm a poissoner, a seafood chef. I'm going to show you one of my family's favorite dish Drunken Shrimp 4 servings ingredients: 1 lb. shrimp 2 cups white wine 3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 3 cups cooking oil Instructions: 1. Marinate the shrimp in white wine for 40 minutes. 2. Place the flour, salt and ground black pepper in a zip lock bag and mix well by shaking. 3. Put the shrimp in the flour mixture and shake until its well-coated. 4. In a deep pot or pan, fry the shrimp in until the shrimp floats. 5. Remove from pot with a spatula in a paper towel lined plate. 6. Serve hot with vinegar. Enjoy!

Ube pandesal 💜

My first recipe is my favorite... ube pandesal with cheese filling. Here's the recipe for 24 pandesal: whole milk, room temperature 1/2 cup warm water 1 cup 1 egg ube flavoring 1 1/2 tsp bread flour 4 cups instant yeast 1 packet sugar 1/2 cup sakt 1/2 tsp unsalted butter, softened 3 tbsns pam for spraying velveeta cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes plain breadcrumbs 1 cup preparation: 1. in a measuring cup, whisk in the milk, warm water and egg. Whisk in the ube flavoring. 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour. instant yeast, sugar and salt. 3. Make a well in the dry ingredients then pour the wet ingredients into the well. Slowly mix together using the stand mixer's paddle attachment for 5 minutes. Add the softened butter to the mixture and continue to knead for 5 minutes. 4. Spray your bakin...
