Ingredients for 3 servings: 2 lbs mussels 1/2 cup butter (softened) 7 tspn minced garlic 1 cup quickmelt cheese (grated instructions: 1. preheat oven to 375 2. combine butter and garlic, mix well. 3. renove extra shell from the mussel. Top each mussel with butter-garlic mixture. 4. top each mussel with quickmelt cheese. 5. arrange the preoared mussels in a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. 6. bake for 15-17 minutes. 7. remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate. 8. enjoy!

Ingredients for 12: 1/2 cup water (105-115F) 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup warm milk 1 egg 1/4 cup powdered milk 1 tsp salt 4 cups bread flour Egg wash: 1 egg 1 tbsp milk Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, add the warm water. Sprinkle the yeast and a tsp of sugar. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes until it's foamy. 2. Add the egg, butter, milk, powdered milk, remaining sugar and salt. Mix. 3. Add the flour and mix. 4. Put the dough in an electric mixer with a paddle attachment and knead for 10 minutes. 5. Grease another bowl, with your hands, shape the dough into a ball. Teansfer the dough in the greased bowl andd cover the bowl with plastic wrao for 1 hr. 5. After 1 hr, gently deflate the dough with your fist. Transfer the dough to a baking mat, and cut the dough into 12 pcs. roll each ball into a circle and put each round in a baking tray. 7.
